EOCP Selects Compliance365 as New Software and CRM Platform for 2027
The EOCP is pleased to announce the selection of Compliance365 as its new software and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, with full implementation scheduled for January 1, 2027.
This strategic investment represents an important step in modernizing EOCP’s services and enhancing the experience for operators, employers, training providers, regulators, and other partnering organziations across British Columbia and Yukon.
Compliance365 is a specialized platform designed specifically for certification, licensing, compliance, and workforce management organizations. The system has been successfully adopted by certification and regulatory bodies across Canada, especially within the water and wastewater sector, providing a proven solution tailored to the unique needs of our industry.

Implementation Timeline
EOCP will begin a phased implementation approach throughout 2026, including soft-rollout trials and system testing later this year. These early stages will allow EOCP to refine processes, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth transition ahead of the official launch on January 1, 2027.
