Due to a Microsoft B2C error, not all eligible voters received their ballots when voting opened on July 3, 2026. To ensure a fair and equitable election process for all members, the election has been restarted on July 7, 2026.

Please note that this adjustment does not change the election timeline under the EOCP Constitution and Bylaws. Ballots have been distributed to all eligible voting members more than 60 days in advance of the Annual General Meeting, in accordance with the requirements of the Constitution and Bylaws.
