Web-based Exams

Benefits of Web-based Exams

  1. Immediate exam results. You receive your mark on the screen when you have completed and submitted all of your responses.
  2. You also receive an email with the breakdown of your exam results by section within 24 hours.
  3. Increased flexibility to schedule your exam based on your preferred date and location.
  4. Less travel time and more exam locations mean decreased travel expenses and fewer days off for exam writing.
  5. One question is displayed at a time, making it easier to focus.
  6. No bubble-sheet mistakes. You don’t have to match the question from the exam booklet with the right line on the bubble sheet.
  7. You can flag questions you want to come back to.
  8. Enhanced analysis of exam results. This will allow EOCP to review everyone’s results and respond to any problem questions more quickly.
  9. Practice questions are available online for most exams.
  10. Environmentally friendly. No paper, shipping, or packaging is needed.

  • All other Operators: $150
  • A $50 rescheduling fee will be applied if you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled exam.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive within 30 minutes of the exam start time and have a valid reason for being late, you have the option to write the exam. You will only have the remaining time allotted for the exam session to complete your exam. For example, if you are writing a 3-hour exam and arrive 30 minutes late, you will have 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete your exam.

If you feel you cannot complete your exam in the reduced time, you have the option to reschedule it. If you choose to reschedule, a cancellation fee will be charged.

If you arrive more than 30 minutes after the exam start time, you do not have the option to write the exam and will have to reschedule it. A cancellation fee will be charged.
