Description: This Leaders Café session is for people managers at all levels who want to effectively use coaching skills in the workplace.

Join to practice and improve your coaching skills, and develop your leadership and management competency for leading coaching conversations.

A peer coaching format will be used for participants to come together and discuss challenges, successes and topics of interest, and practice the power of coaching to open new options for action for ourselves and others.
