Offered by WWOTC (Water and Wastewater Operator Training Centre), this course equips participants with essential skills and strategies for identifying and resolving common issues in wastewater treatment systems. It’s a great way to earn CEUs as we approach the very end of the 2024–2025 reporting period.

- Structured steps and tools for problem-solving in wastewater operations
- Identifying and mitigating activated sludge process issues (foaming, solids washout)
- Troubleshooting bulking and settling problems in secondary clarifiers
