CRM Walk through Session – Coffee with Heather (August 21st)
After the success of the first session, we are excited to offer it again!
We know that navigating the EOCP CRM can sometimes be tricky—especially if you’re not using it every day like the Administrators at EOCP. That’s why I’m inviting you to join me for a quick virtual session called “CRM and Coffee with Heather!”
This is a short, informal meeting, designed to walk through some basic CRM functions like:
- Adding CEUs
- Updating relationships
- Attaching files
This session will be held on Thursday, August 21st at 10:00 AM.
While these sessions will be helpful and practical, please note that CEUs will not be available for attending.
