Facility/System Annual Fees (Effective July 1 2021)
As of July 1, 2021 an annual fee invoice will be issued to all classified facilities similar to Operator dues. The following table outlines the fees based on facility type. If you are a Billing contact for a Level I – IV facility, watch your email!
